If you can no longer log in with your password and you have no more options then you need to start doing this through phpMyAdmin.
Start phpMyAdmin and go to in your database to the table wp_users. Select the desired user and click Edit. Delete the password (encrypted in the Value column) and put the new password in there. Now click in the column on the left and select MD5. After this click on Go.
