Execute in terminal:
VBoxManage modifyvm “NameOfTheVM” – -spec-ctrl on
Example: VBoxManage modifyvm “Debian11” – -spec-ctrl on (two stripes before spec)
now start the VM and you will see the notification has disappeared.
